Over 6 weeks we will uncover and illuminate the areas of your life that feel out of alignment with your soul´s path. We will work with what needs to be healed, cleared and empowered so that you can continue to expand and grow from a place of deep alignment and flow.
In addition to our work together, you will be given some practices to complete in-between sessions to help you integrate the work and continue your healing journey. This may be in the form of rituals, meditations, journaling exercises or other practices depending on the guidance that is received for you during the session.

This is a journey for those who are ready for deep transformation and healing.

This 3-month container is a deep dive in awakening to your soul and your divine purpose. You will be held and guided as you return home to yourself, releasing trauma and healing the stories and patterns that have held you back from embodying and fully embracing the truth of who you are and why you are here.
As with the 6-week immersion, you will be given integration practices between sessions to support our work together.

1:1 CACAO CEREMONY
Known to the ancient Mayans as ‘Food of the Gods’, Cacao has been used for centuries as a heart opening medicine and a way of opening a direct portal between us and Spirit.
Cacao is a very loving, feminine spirit, she opens the heart, helps us to heal ourselves from past traumas and opens us up to more love, creativity, abundance and joy in our lives. Through the loving guidance of Cacao, we are able to access deep healing through remembrance of who we truly are - love.
During this ceremony, we will explore the sacred tradition of Cacao and learn how to create a deep relationship with this plant and receive the teachings of her medicine. During the ceremony you will also receive an energy healing to both cleanse and harmonize the physical and spiritual bodies and to help integrate your experience. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to prepare for the ceremony along with my own recipe and ritual of how to brew your Ceremonial Cacao medicine.
I have been working deeply with the Cacao medicine and guiding people though ceremonies for the past 6 years. I´m forever in awe of how deeply transformational and life-changing it can be to build a relationship with this plant spirit. I am deeply honoured to be a vessel for sharing her medicine and her teachings.
